Welcome to our rental property web site. We are a family based landlord with a few properties to rent. We maintain an independent tenancy deposit scheme on all UK properties that fully complies with Government regulations, independently run by The Deposit Protection Service at www.depositprotection.com. Any deposit dispute is independently dealt with by the TDS provider free of charge to landlord or tenant - so we ensure YOUR deposit is properly and fully protected. A no risk deposit scheme.
